Here are the 3 things I'd tell you to do first 👇

AUDIT YOUR THOUGHTS: Write them down for the next week or two. Notice recurring thoughts and patterns. Are they supporting you or hindering your confidence? Journal at least once daily

BE AWARE OF YOUR EMOTIONS: When you audit your thoughts, specifically look for emotions that consistently arise when you think X, Y or Z. Write each emotion down at least 3 times daily.

DON'T MEASURE YOUR CAPABILITY UNTIL YOU TRIED A NEW ACTIVITY; ONLY MEASURE your capability and competency AFTER you TRIED, NOT BEFORE.
