Will You Recognise Yourself In 12 months?

Most female leaders want meaningful change in 2025 but don't see the importance of setting purposeful goals.
Setting goals with purpose means aligning your goals with your deeper values, vision, and long-term aspirations rather than just aiming for surface-level achievements.
It involves creating goals that motivate you and bring meaning and fulfilment to your efforts and includes:
- clarity of vision
- emotional connection
- fulfilment beyond achievement.
Therefore, most live and lead on auto-pilot for one more year (and another year...and another and then their whole lives).
❌Many feel stuck, knowing they're not thriving in any area of leadership and life.
❌Many feel sadness and regret as work and stress take over, leaving little time for what they love, including relationships.
❌Many fear the spotlight being on them if they do something different and fear it all could quickly come tumbling down with the slightest disruption or change.
The truth is—-—When they reach the top of the mountain, they look around and realise that the air is thinner. They feel lonelier and have loads more work to do, and they push what is important to them to "I'll get to it someday."
Confidence lowers
Energy drains
Relationships and fulfilment are lost
Until one day...
They don't know how to get out of the 'hole'—they are unsure about what to spend their time, energy, or focus on, and
They don't recognise the person they've become.
Not because they've got more wrinkles and grey hair (and I LOVE grey hair - it's my hair colour of choice) 😁
The real reason.... that they've lost so much time not leading and living with purpose by not pursuing purposeful goals
They have all the external success they could wish for, but they still:
👉🏻 fear not having or being enough
👉🏻 don't have confidence and still say, "I can't do it."
👉🏻have poor health and low energy
They've lived and led the same way for decades.
Each year has just been a repeat of the last.
✅ It's time to wake up.
✅Your leadership and life are too important to be lived on autopilot for another year.
