What are you carrying into the break that guarantees 2026 won’t change?

Most lawyers will spend the next three days doing the same things.

Pushing through.
Clearing desks.
Tying up last-minute issues “just in case” something goes wrong over the break.

It feels responsible.
It feels professional.
It feels safer to take responsibility for it all yourself.

– how you lead without being the bottleneck

Influence starts there — not with others, but with how you influence yourself.
