Top Tier Leadership Is Simple...But NOT Easy!

It is simple to be a competent, high-performing leader who skillfully resolves conflict (in mediation or workplace disputes).
The roadmap is clear 👇 - we don't have to find the way. It's clearly marked.
Even though it's 'simple', it doesn't mean it's easy.
You can feel like you're swimming against the tide, and it's uncomfortable.
Pushing past discomfort is hard - and if someone tells you otherwise, they aren't honest with you.
But getting through that discomfort helps build your confidence and demonstrate to yourself what you are capable of and what higher impact you can make.
You may not know every step of a roadmap to get where you want to go, and that's where most people start—that's okay.
As a leader, you have to think about your future competencies and results when resolving conflict and do it this way:
âś… Assess Your Skills: Understand your current conflict resolution abilities.
âś…Define Future Goals: Identify how you want to be known for, what you want to feel, and what you want to accomplish when resolving conflicts. [Determine essential skills needed].
âś…Set Goals: Establish a timeline to learn and develop these skills.
âś… Take Action: Practice consistently, even when it's uncomfortable.
Have a plan to be that top 1% leader who resolves conflict with ease and skill, no matter what.
