Are You ALL Talk?

Five things currently prevent ambitious female leaders from being in the top 1% of leaders and living their best lives, and you probably are doing too.
❌NOT committing to becoming who they aspire to be and living the life and leading the way they dream of
❌ONLY dabble with a passive interest in the game of leadership and life
❌STAY at novice level, have some interest, dive in but lose interest when obstacles arise
❌BECOME amateurs, have more than interest, dive in and have passion, but they need much external validation to continue.
❌ GO to the next level: the player --- whose focus on their career success is paramount but rarely achieves success across all areas of life, thinking that their career needs to be won and there's nothing much beyond that.
If you want to be a high performer in all areas of life and you don't:
👉🏻choose to commit to master the life and leadership game and invest in yourself
👉🏻choose not to sacrifice what matters to you
👉🏻choose to overcome your excuses (I have no time, no money, this won't work, I will feel more overwhelmed, I have too much on my plate already...)
👉🏻choose to upskill your mindset and habits and see it as necessary.
👉🏻choose to overcome your fears
Then, you don't really want to lead and live as a top 1% leader [which is possible without working harder].
You like the idea of it and love talking about it.
All talk. No action, no progress.
The top 1% of leaders who have mastered their mindset, emotional intelligence and habits are the opposite.
Push past the scarcity, fixed, problem-focused mindset, fearful emotions, and non-supportive habits that are holding you back.
Here's how:
