Why I Suck....

Perfectionism is a double-edged sword.

 

Initially, you strive for a high standard, and the internal fear of failure kicks in.

 

Your fears drive your thoughts, and they trap you in a cycle of perpetual self-doubt, anxiety, and paralysis as you chase the perfectionist mirage that doesn't exist in your quest for approval.

 

It ruins relationships, productivity, and satisfaction and increases stress and trying to control everything .... and you can't show your authentic self = exhausting.

 

Prioritise managing your emotions (EQ) and boosting your mindset resilience with a growth, abundance, and possibility-focused mindset.

 

Otherwise, everything you do and try to achieve will be made 100 times harder.
