I believe in being extraordinary.... and so few people decide to live and lead extraordinary lives (in all areas) and demand extraordinary from themselves... because it requires:

âś… train brains to go beyond default biases, negative chatter, distraction and noise that keeps coming up in our heads over and over again and choose better thoughts

âś… develop habits, strategies and ways of doing things outside the ordinary that lead to extraordinary.

DDI's 2023 Global Leadership Forecast - found that back in 2020, burnout among leaders was 60%. This has grown by 12% into 2023, with 72% of leaders admitting they feel "used up" at the end of the day.
