It's ridiculous, but here's what's even more ridiculous.
People in their 40s, 50s, and 60s often have the same self-image and self-worth they had in their teens, twenties, or thirties.
Despite decades of triumphs and their ability to conquer challenges, they persist in the same old mindset and habits - stuck in the past.
This stagnation infiltrates every aspect of their lives.
❓ What will it take to propel yourself forward, boost your abilities, transform your mindset, and value yourself so you're consistently aligned with your best self without chasing perfection (aligned, not perfection), bettering your life and your skills, so you treat yourself and lead others better?
📈 If you desire to live an elevated, balanced life (in all areas), you must align with the person you know you can become and show up as that person for yourself and others.
Or are you stuck at the foot of the wall of unwillingness?
Being unwilling to push yourself, try, and grow leads to a downward spiral at the wall of unwillingness: Self-esteem dwindles, discouragement sets in, and it becomes easy to blame others for your lack of progress. Feeling defeated, you lose your influential communication, best service, and total engagement.
How you show up reflects your self-esteem and confidence and will demonstrate how much you're willing to improve your capabilities - your mindset, take care of yourself, and serve others at a higher level, even when you are externally successful.
Here's what this is all about - When you are willing to improve, this leads to next-level conflict resolution processes, leadership practices, and a better life (in all areas)!
