Are You Using "Old Influence" Methods?

If you have trouble embracing this truth and continue to use:

đź‘‘ Demands 

As tools to influence people:
- you lead/work with in your office
 - when resolving conflict in the workplace or law
- with your family, friends, etc. 

This may be as a result of:
 âťŚ People haven't valued you in the way you needed
❌ The most important people to you haven't respected you
❌ You haven't been treated with honour and value.
❌ You don't have high self-worth, self-belief
❌ You have low confidence
❌ You don't have 'influence' habits

When you recognise the importance of a leader's influence. 
How it simplifies whatever you do as a leader.
You will want others to experience the same value, care, and dignity you desire because you know what a difference it makes.

How you view people is how you do everything. 
Influence is about others.
It starts with YOU
It's a choice every leader MUST make to travel the high-performance leadership road where influence becomes a habit.
