Coaching + Influence What Do They Have In Common?

Ambitious Female Leaders: I imagine that you've invested time, energy, and resources into honing your coaching skills (to coach team members) and learning how to communicate with Influence—critical skills for influential leadership.
What do coaching and influential communication have in common?
They are influence processes that lead to discovery, decision-making, performance improvement, effective leadership, and a higher quality of life.
Do you think once you've learned influential communication (and coaching skills), that's done âś… - off your list - like me becoming a high-performance coach and thinking I don't need to learn or do anything more?
You may be wondering why I must recertify yearly or two yearly max when Im already a high performance coach. [It's what I'm doing this week]
Is it just another control method so that a high-performance coach like myself can continue to be called a 'CERTIFIED high-performance coach', or is there a hidden leadership lesson?
Recertification lessons for leaders:
âś… Recertification isn't just about keeping CERTIFICATION current; it's about staying influential as a leader in coaching and leadership. It's like achieving a leadership role but not being "certified" as an influential leader because influential communication and coaching skills haven't been improved, with continuous learning and application, relying on outdated skills.
âś… Influence isn't a one-time achievement—it's a skill that evolves.
Continuing to be open to learning new skills (which happens in re-recertification) strengthens my leadership coaching and consulting skills. It improves my life performance and conflict resolution abilities as a mediator.
... because I know that strategies that worked one to two years ago may not be the best practices and strategies today for leaders, teams, businesses, conflict resolution, or business.
In leadership (and life), boosting Influence is significant and essential to future success.
What would it be if you took one positive step or did one positive thing today to become more influential as a leader?
