Do You Value Yourself + Others As Much As Amazing Scenery?

Most people find it effortless to value and appreciate amazing scenery (like I'm enjoying on my Alaskan cruise).

However, many, if not most, professionals and leaders find it much more challenging to value themselves or others, and as a result, it's impossible to be a top 1% leader.

You can fix that by doing these three things:

1. Value yourself: Top 1% of leaders who value people have a strong sense of self-worth and confidence and remain humble. This requires self-awareness (emotional intelligence).
2. Shift your mindset: Believe that ALL people have value and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, not indifference, bullying, or being treated as a number. Instead of seeing people as 'useful to the business, ' see them as individual humans with intrinsic value. This requires leaders to choose to live and lead by values.
2. Take action: Change is only possible by taking action. If you wait to feel ready or want to wait for the perfect time, you'll never get where you need to go or want to be. Show yourself and others that you value yourself and them through your actions. Be intentional.

Most leaders mess these three things up.

They focus all their time and attention on - ME! ME! ME!

Leadership is about YOU and OTHERS: focusing on you and others, investing in you and others, and serving others as the best version of yourself.

Creating a top 1% leadership and life, bettering your relationships with others because you value others, helps you achieve your best results... it requires you to choose.

Top 1% leadership would be;
❌ nice to have (if I had the time, 💵, belief it would work for me➡️excuses x 100).
🚀 an absolute necessity for me, my teams and my business (nothing will stop me).

Only one choice will transform your leadership and life.
