HOW?

Burnout isn't a sign of your commitment to your role.

It's a sign that:

- you're sitting around and waiting for the courage to suddenly hit you, thinking, "ONE DAY (perfect time, when I have time...), I'll make those changes."

- you don't have clarity

- you don't set boundaries or say no

- you don't have clear priorities, and you put yourself at the bottom of the list (you don't value YOU)

Not prioritising you is hurting you, your confidence, your leadership, your productivity, and your happiness.

Here's 4 signs that you aren't prioritising you:

- Unrealistic expectations of yourself, leading to constant self-criticism and perfectionism.

- Experience chronic stress or overwhelm due to the imbalance between work and personal life.

- Prioritize work over personal relationships and health, leading to strained connections with family and friends and low mental, physical and emotional energy

- Lose sight of your original passion or purpose, feeling detached from your work and personal life (and self-care) goals - thinking about them instead of proactively doing something about them to improve them.

You can't ignore these for too long - the risks are too high.

What's the solution?

⭐️Design your top 1% leadership and life

⭐️One that fulfils and energises you rather than drains everything from you.

3 Simple Action Steps:

1. Get clarity on where you want to be in 12 months

2. What are your priorities and action steps to get YOU there

3. Prioritising YOU isn't selfish - it's essential. You can't pour from an empty cup.

A confident, courageous top 1% leader does whatever is needed to build a thriving and energising life and leadership because they know the other option isn't viable in the long term.

Change isn't glamorous, but it's worth it! 💯

Ask yourself: Would you be content with your current life and leadership if tomorrow was your last day?

If not, don't let fear stand in your way any longer. Courageously step up and make it your priority to live and lead as the best version of yourself.

You are worth it!

P.P.S. I have designed my life and leadership to get the most out of it, so I can give my best to others.
